Our Bystronic lasers can punch through steel, stainless, and aluminum up to 1" thick, with remarkable cut quality and minimal burr.

Unrivaled Aluminum Quality

 

 We have leveraged cutting-edge technology to significantly minimize cutting burrs typically associated with aluminum on fiber lasers. Our advanced processes ensure clean cuts with minimal burrs, even for aluminum up to 1 inch thick. In fact, our techniques achieve lower burr levels on 1-inch aluminum plates than traditional methods do on 1/4-inch plates. 

Precision Blank Cutting

 Our fiber lasers deliver blanks with exceptional accuracy within +/- 0.005 inches and maintain ultra-high precision, virtually eliminating taper even in thick plates.
